Responsibilities
- Lead and Mentor: Oversee and grow a team of financial engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Integrate Cross-Functionally: Collaborate closely with Product, Data, Finance, GTM, and other engineering teams, integrating billing tools into product and infrastructure workflows.
- Strategic Direction: Set strategic priorities, staying updated with the latest trends and best practices.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Scale infrastructure and processes to meet the demands of fast-growing products, balancing operational costs with performance.
