Requirements
- B.S., M.S., or PhD. in Computer Science or related field
- 4+ years of experience in people management, leading backend and platform teams
- 8+ years of industry experience
- Strong product sense and ability to be a thought partner with cross-functional peers
- Experience selecting and adopting web technologies to improve testing and performance
- Customer-centric mindset

Responsibilities
- Lead impactful initiatives that determine the direction and success of our Gateway Platforms
- Collaborate with various cross-functional partners to prioritize and implement features
- Provide architectural guidance and professional development for a team of 10+
- Encourage innovation, teamwork, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, and outside-of-the-box thinking
- Scale the team by recruiting, retaining and developing highly talented engineers across different disciplines
