Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
  • six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation analyzing and developing machine learning models
  • Creating functional solutions and developing complex machine learning algorithms, business rules, statistical models, and assessment scenarios
  • Performing in-depth data analysis to improve data quality for compliance, regulatory reporting services, and data management groups
  • Building, testing, and deploying predictive models and machine learning algorithms for business applications
  • Analyzing large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
  • Creating High-Level Design artifacts using architecture principles, methods, and techniques
  • Creating data models to handle fast-growing data, re-engineer the existing system, and review Low-Level Design
  • Developing software solutions by refactoring and re-engineering existing Metrics and Reporting Platform
  • Developing modernized tools using BI Reporting (Tableau, MicroStrategy) ETL (Talend), Oracle, Python, AWS Cloud, Starburst, JAVA, and Big Data technologies including Spark, HDFS, and Hive
  • Supporting the development of Metrics and Reporting solutions, centralized data services, and common technology frameworks while also enforcing security guidelines and application vulnerability assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Data Mesh architecture, strategy, re-engineering, and execution of the Board Metrics and Data Quality Transformation program
  • Support the development and architecture of a portfolio of solutions, centralized data services, and common technology frameworks
  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning models for various applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver robust AI solutions
  • Guide product line from design to implementation and ongoing performance according to business need
  • Maintain technology standards across functional area, ensuring development, understanding, and adherence around the globe
  • Contribute to the IT Project Leadership function to harmonize with overall business/technology objectives
  • Ensure teams within the functional area are adequately staffed and possess the required skill sets to carry out their roles
  • Manage execution of IT strategy and roadmap for assigned technology area
  • Maximize technology reuse within assigned CTI application portfolios by leveraging existing services, frameworks, and components
  • Develop new reusable services, frameworks, and components where appropriate
  • Establish an all-encompassing domain-wide Data Model anchored to Enterprise data standards
  • Ascertain required platform & tool capabilities which operate over the common data language and enhance the current infrastructure
  • Responsible for training and coaching team members, performance management activities, monitoring quantity and quality of work, and addressing development needs for assigned personnel
  • Assist with budget oversight and policy formulation and planning
  • Ensure that development requests are in line with business requirements
  • Make evaluative judgments based on information analysis in complicated or unique situations
  • Negotiate with senior leaders (across functions) and communicate and negotiate with external parties
  • Serve as a technology subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide direction for all firm mandated controls and compliance initiatives, all projects within the group, and in creating a technology domain roadmap.
