Requirements
- A combined minimum of 9 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years’ engineering and/or architecture experience and 3 years leadership experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript and understanding of its role in identity management implementations
- Ability to manage and mentor a team of developers in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Lead the migration to a new tool for customer identity and access management (CIAM)
- Oversee and contribute to the implementation of modern customer identity solutions, including onboarding, enrollment, and credential management
- Collaborate with developers and architects on solutions leveraging OIDC (OpenID Connect) and OAuth frameworks
- Guide a team of 5 developers (mix of contractors and full-time employees) to deliver on identity management initiatives
- Design, implement, and manage solutions in an AWS Cloud environment
- Build and scale the technology team by hiring additional developers through the RAC process
- Ensure alignment with best practices in modern identity management and enhance customer experience
