Engineering Technician

High School Diploma or equivalent required
2 years of relevant experience in aerospace, aviation hardware processing or related field (for Level 2)
4 years of relevant experience in aerospace, aviation hardware processing or related field (for Level 3)
General understanding of electronic work instruction systems (MAXIMO, Solumina)
Proficiency with hands-on mechanical assembly, thermal protection material application, protective finish removal processes and paint application of metal structures
Ability to read, understand engineering drawings and schematics
Capability to understand and follow electronic work instruction documents
Proficient with manual and power tools
Good written and oral communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Self-motivated, requiring minimal oversight; flexible and adaptable to varying work scope and tasks
Strives for excellence in workmanship and defect-free products
Standard computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office

Perform hands-on activities/tasks associated with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and thermal protection systems application, assembly, and check-out operations
Participate as a team member to positively influence and enhance the safety, quality, cost, and scheduling of their team
Follow and execute computer-based shop assembly instructions
