Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a focus on the light industrial sectors
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve high performance and success
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage sales pipelines and reporting
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential enterprise clients in the light industrial sector
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, outreach, and targeted industry research
- Conduct consultative sales presentations and negotiations with senior decision-makers
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new clients
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Instawork’s service offerings to better serve clients and improve the overall sales approach
