- Track record of excellence across strategic, operational, and detail-demanding functional responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Drive net-new revenue by bringing top producing agents to Compass
- Build relationships and drive revenue through in-person interactions
- Help agents understand the benefits of moving to Compass
- Meet clients and prospects in the field
- Effectively sell the Compass value proposition (technology, marketing, culture and growth)
