Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related areas, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and guide executives, managers, and employees.
- Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies that align with organizational goals while managing day-to-day operational challenges.
- Deep knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with a track record of applying them effectively in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Strong ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make informed decisions. Experience using change management tools and platforms to track and report on progress and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a company-wide change management program, ensuring it is scalable, adaptable, and aligned with organizational goals and business objectives.
- Establish and document a standardized approach for change management processes, including planning, communication, stakeholder engagement, training, and performance metrics. Ensure consistency in execution across all departments and initiatives.
- Work closely with senior leadership, business units, and project teams to identify change needs and align on objectives. Design communication strategies that promote transparency, understanding, and buy-in for change initiatives.
- Develop and deliver training programs, resources, and toolkits to enable teams across the organization to execute change management activities effectively.
- Implement metrics and feedback loops to assess the impact and success of change initiatives. Track progress, identify challenges, and continuously improve the change management approach based on data and lessons learned.
- Oversee the implementation of change management initiatives across the firm to ensure adherence to established standards and best practices. Provide guidance and support to business leaders and teams to drive successful adoption of change.
- Champion the principles of change management within the organization. Advocate for and nurture a culture of continuous improvement, resilience, and adaptability.
- Identify potential risks associated with change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to ensure minimal disruption to the business.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in finance, insurance, technology, healthcare, and military preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile practices and how they intersect with traditional change management frameworks.
