Requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in database management
- Strong data analysis tool and software skills
- Capable of consulting with senior leaders and leveraging problem solving skills
- Sense of urgency, risk-awareness, and understanding of the required objectives
- Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment
- Overall experience between 8 to 10 years
- BS/BA degree in relevant field preferred
- Experience in Data Domain, Data Analytics, Data Governance & Quality and Reporting
- Strong cross business unit experience
Responsibilities
- Foster and promote Northern’s commitment to a strong data management culture and ensure support adherence to ECM Policy, ECM Standard and Program Management Standard.
- Operates independently with in-depth knowledge of business unit.
- Develop and implement data collection methods and procedures.
- Organize and manage the ECM Portfolio data to facilitate efficient analysis.
- Monitor and solve for data quality issues.
- Act as an escalation point for data and reporting related matters for the entire department.
- Partner with various business unit functions, program stakeholders and forums throughout the organization to understand needs in data collection, analysis and reporting.
- Systematically assess & challenge existing processes in data collection, analysis and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in relevant field preferred
