Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in field roles within technology companies delivering large-scale, pipeline-focused programs to enterprise clients
- Skilled in using analytics to optimize campaigns and demonstrate clear ROI
- Ability to align marketing programs with multi-touch enterprise buyer journeys
- Comfortable iterating quickly, testing bold ideas, and executing stand-out programs
- Adept at partnering with sales leadership, cross-functional teams, and executive stakeholders
- Passionate about AI, with the ability to articulate how advanced AI solutions add value for global enterprises
Responsibilities
- Execute creative field events (e.g., executive events, digital experiences) that engage enterprise buyers at various stages
- Design campaigns for high-value accounts, leveraging insights and predictive data to accelerate pipeline
- Serve as the marketing liaison to regional sales, product marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless go-to-market execution
- Track performance metrics, propose improvements, and tie field programs directly to revenue goals
- Oversee budgets, vendors, and tools to maximize ROI for field marketing initiatives
- Incorporate responsible AI messaging and customer education in all field campaigns
