Requirements
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills
- A minimum of 5 years of closing experience in IT or software sales
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Focus on new business & customer acquisition through prospecting for clients, in-person networking events, client business referrals, or web leads
- Oversee all counties in the state of Texas
- Cultivate relationships and drive referrals from existing Invoice Cloud partners
- Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered through sales presentations and demos
- Create solutions for clients’ needs and consult through the sales process
Preferred Qualifications
- Local Government and/or County Tax, Vertical Knowledge preferred
- Payment or Billing Software Sales Experience Preferred
- Process Oriented – MEDDICC, MEDDPICC, Value Selling Preferred
- Self-Starter, Motivated, Curious, & Dedicated Sales Professional
- Track record of achieving quota & tenure at prior employer
