Requirements
- 8+ years experience in ad sales, digital media or adjacent industries
- Minimum of 2+ years managing a sales team effectively and leading team performance management to meet and exceed goals
- 2+ years of experience working within the Food & Beverage vertical or industry
- Consultative seller with significant experience in digital media or adjacent performance oriented industries
- Established and scaled sales teams through hyper growth phases
- Firm understanding of the digital/performance advertising landscape ideally including retail media networks or similar
- Passion for food and beverage
Responsibilities
- Successfully recruit, lead and develop a sales team of individual contributors across working with some of the largest CPG and Restaurant brands in the world
- Deliver on ambitious goals in a high speed environment, building off of the established infrastructure from existing sales teams
- Operate both internally and externally as a key member of the Ad Sales Leadership team, establishing trusted cross-functional relationships with cross-functional DoorDash teams with whom you share goals as well as in-market with senior client decision makers
