Requirements
- BS degree or equivalent years of experience in related field and 6+ years of related experience in enterprise systems engineering or a related field required.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Tableau, or similar enterprise applications required.
- Strong understanding of business process design, automation, and workflow optimization required.
- Experience with API integrations, scripting, and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Python, JavaScript) required.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions while considering scalability and best practices required.
- Familiarity with ITSM, ITIL processes, and enterprise governance frameworks required.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across departments required.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business teams to analyze business cases, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement system configurations, automations, and integrations for enterprise applications, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, and process automations to enhance operational efficiency.
- Act as a technical advisor and solutions architect, recommending best practices and improvements in system usage.
- Work closely with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure solutions adhere to governance and security standards.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize enterprise systems to improve reliability and user experience.
- Manage system migrations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Document system configurations, changes, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
- Partner with vendors and third-party service providers to support enterprise systems and integrations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-based enterprise applications and SaaS platforms preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL, database management, and data modeling preferred.
- Prior experience managing enterprise system migrations or major implementations preferred.
- Certifications in relevant enterprise applications (e.g., Atlassian Certified, ServiceNow Certified, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
