Requirements

  • Strong experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo and Fisheye)
  • Experience with Jenkins
  • Some understanding of Solidworks / Solidworks PDM environments
  • Familiarity with Linux
  • Proficient in MSSQL, PostgreSQL and MySQL
  • Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Familiarity with application security
  • Debugging skills; able to debug complex technical issues involving multiple system components

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for implementation, migrations, upgrades, and maintenance of global Engineering systems including but not limited to Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Fisheye and SolidWorks PDM Professional
  • Work closely with Trade Compliance, Networking and Security teams
  • Manage day-to-day end-user incident queue
  • Create documentation and Knowledge Base articles
  • Update PowerShell scripts used for automation
  • Onboard / Offboard end-users in Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and miscellaneous Engineering applications
  • Support Engineering applications running on Windows and Linux servers
  • Act as a liaison between Engineering and Information Technology departments
  • Support database querying in MSSQL, PostgreSQL and MySQL
  • Support numerous Jira tasks including (not limited to) project creation, workflows, post-functions to assist end-users with automating software development or issue management processes
  • Work with stakeholders to understand and document requirements for effective communication to project teams
  • Maintain and troubleshoot LDAP synchronization issues with various web-based applications
  • Install and update Atlassian plugins
