Entitlements Access Control Analyst

Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum Required: 1+ years of experience in Operations or Entitlements.
Proficient in Microsoft 365.

Maintaining and reviewing permissions within various software programs including but not limited to Thomson, Beta, eQuest, NetX360, DTCC, etc.
Works closely with Human Resources, Lines of Business, and Information Technology to grant proper access entitlements.
Role management within administrative tools within organizational systems and applications.
Prepares access management reports and is responsible for maintaining proper documentation and information on requests and updates made within the systems which the department controls.
Checks for consistency and compliance across the organization.
Monitors permissions and grants/denies user access requests following the principle of least privilege including but not limited to new hires, terminations, job duty changes, department changes, etc – according to guidelines.
Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
Develop a solid understanding of the various applications which the department controls, how various entitlements affect each other, and the importance of maintaining proper entitlements.
Responsible for being the Subject Matter Expert of one or more applications.
