Requirements

- Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum Required: 1+ years of experience in Operations or Entitlements.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and reviewing permissions within various software programs including but not limited to Thomson, Beta, eQuest, NetX360, DTCC, etc.
- Works closely with Human Resources, Lines of Business, and Information Technology to grant proper access entitlements.
- Role management within administrative tools within organizational systems and applications.
- Prepares access management reports and is responsible for maintaining proper documentation and information on requests and updates made within the systems which the department controls.
- Checks for consistency and compliance across the organization.
- Monitors permissions and grants/denies user access requests following the principle of least privilege including but not limited to new hires, terminations, job duty changes, department changes, etc – according to guidelines.
- Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Develop a solid understanding of the various applications which the department controls, how various entitlements affect each other, and the importance of maintaining proper entitlements.
- Responsible for being the Subject Matter Expert of one or more applications.
