Requirements

Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and ensure excellent customer service

- Support senior account managers with reports, data analysis, and client follow-ups
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on company services and industry trends
Preferred Qualifications
