Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically handling certificates of insurance within a brokerage environment.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies and compliance requirements.
- Experience with certificate issuance and vendor compliance is highly preferred.
- Certifications such as CISR, CPCU, or other insurance-related credentials are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review insurance sections of vendor and customer contracts for compliance.
- Issue certificates of insurance based on requests and contract requirements.
- Collect and manage vendor certificates for clients.
- Maintain and update the certificate database.
- Foster and maintain strong working relationships with clients, their customers, and the COI team.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to verbal and written inquiries.
- Address and resolve day-to-day service issues as they arise.
- Ensure service targets and compliance requirements are met or exceeded.
- Provide tailored solutions that align with client needs and system capabilities.

- Ability to work independently while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
