Requirements
- Experience working with vendors and equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with a CMMS system or similar software

Responsibilities
- Fixing and maintaining equipment via Work Order (WO) requests. Handling all escalations for equipment downtime
- Communicate effectively with vendors to address equipment-related issues
- Scheduling and performing routine maintenance to ensure equipment functionality
- Using Computerized Maintenance Management System (Limble) for tracking equipment
- Updating and maintaining accurate records within the CMMS program
- Creating and applying asset labels for equipment identification
- Keeping detailed records of assets for future reference
- Auditing equipment by location and use
- Maintain accurate records of equipment entering and leaving the facility
- Use tracking systems and software to monitor equipment location and status
- Writing end-of-day reports to summarize activities and equipment status
- Providing detailed documentation of maintenance and repair activities
- Collaborate with all departments to address and resolve equipment-related issues, ensuring seamless operational flow
- Use inventory management software to streamline record-keeping
