Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Above average computer skills (particularly with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Must be polished, proactive and thrive in a demanding, fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • Phone skills, calendar & travel management, expense reporting skills also required
  • 5+ years’ experience supporting a senior level manager
  • MS Office – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi task in a faced paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Support management with administrative tasks
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Process expenses
  • Gathering and reporting information relevant to/for the executive
  • Respond to incoming mail
  • Assist with organizing in-person meetings and off-sites
  • Manage different and conflicting objectives, projects, or activities
  • Schedule travel accommodations both domestic and international, including securing travel visa
  • Work with other assistants in office as a team
  • Work closely with lead analyst and team on planning of events, conferences and marketing
  • Perform diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functions
  • Act as liaison to outside groups coordinating events
  • Track speaking engagements, meetings and conference calls in an internal web based system
  • Shepherd presentations through desktop publishing and compliance channels
