Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Accounting skillset with an understanding of financial processes and reporting within an ERP system
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing MS Business Central or similar ERP systems
  • Understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and production workflows
  • Proficiency in ERP system configuration, customization, and integration with MES platforms
  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
  • Knowledge of Power BI or similar analytics tools
  • Familiarity with supply chain planning tools and inventory management

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the administrator and subject matter expert for Microsoft Business Central, overseeing its configuration, maintenance, and optimization to meet our needs
  • Ensure seamless integration between MS Business Central and other critical systems, including MES platforms, to support end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes
  • Collaborate with teams to design, and implement process improvements that use ERP capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Provide technical support, training, and guidance to users to maximize the use of the ERP system
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system, including regular audits and updates
  • Maintain dashboards and reports to provide relevant insights for operations, supply chain, and leadership teams
  • Ensure ERP processes align with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead ERP-related projects, including upgrades, customizations, and new module implementations
