Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Must have minimum of 6 years of recent experience working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience with a focus on Retail modules functionalities, In North American Entities and end to end project management experience
  • Strong retail business acumen and functionality
  • Strong working knowledge of project deliverable methodologies such as Agile and on Cloud based applications
  • Strong requirements gathering skills, ability to capture business processes using both existing process documentation and process walkthroughs with the staff performing the process
  • Ability to translate business requirements to technical solutions while identifying gaps
  • Experienced with global environments and deployments across multiple geographical regions, such as North America and Europe is an asset
  • University degree is required
  • BA Certification (PMI-PBA or equivalent)

Responsibilities

  • Document user requirements and current business processes
  • Assist with data mapping and data cleansing activities
  • Involved in business requirement gathering and validating requirements
  • Coordinate with Management and ERP vendor’s team to define future business processes
  • Participate in the testing and acceptance of new ERP and related components
  • Contribute to solution design
  • Coordinate development with the development teams
  • Write test scripts and participate in test script execution
  • Participate in ERP rollouts as a member a functional stream retail
  • Provide end user support for ERP users as part of the global Microsoft Dynamics ERP team
  • Perform day-to-day troubleshooting and support of in-house built solutions and procured systems
  • Proactively monitor the system to identify and resolve issues before they are reported
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Take ownership for all assigned Service Desk incidents and requests
  • Participating in support taskforces as nominated by the ERP Senior Manager
  • Coordinate with other members of the support team both IKO group companies and 3rd Party
  • Provide regular status updates
  • Provide End User Training in the designated functional stream finance functionality
  • Coordinate with the ERP vendor’s team to develop/update materials for training users; e.g. process documentation, procedures and work instructions
  • Provide instructor led training either virtually or classroom based
