Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1 – 2 years of related experience
  • Vocational or technical education may be required
  • Experience in a Call Center with Medicare is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Respond to complaints and escalations from members/providers
  • Provide timely and appropriate resolutions to escalated issues
  • Serve as a liaison in maintaining relationships between departments
  • Support documentation, tracking, and resolution of complaints and inquiries
  • Conduct root cause analysis of member/provider issues
  • Coordinate with contact center team to research escalated inquiries
  • Review complaint trends and develop draft recommendations
  • Maintain basic knowledge of products and services
  • Research and identify basic claims payment errors
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Comply with all policies and standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a Call Center with Medicare is highly preferred
