Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 – 2 years of related experience
- Vocational or technical education may be required
- Experience in a Call Center with Medicare is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Respond to complaints and escalations from members/providers
- Provide timely and appropriate resolutions to escalated issues
- Serve as a liaison in maintaining relationships between departments
- Support documentation, tracking, and resolution of complaints and inquiries
- Conduct root cause analysis of member/provider issues
- Coordinate with contact center team to research escalated inquiries
- Review complaint trends and develop draft recommendations
- Maintain basic knowledge of products and services
- Research and identify basic claims payment errors
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comply with all policies and standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a Call Center with Medicare is highly preferred
