Requirements
- Knowledge and experience to adjudicate complex customer claims
- Proficiency in Xactimate, Symbility, and other estimating applications
- Bachelor’s degree in building construction from an accredited college or university preferred
Responsibilities
- Review all estimates and supporting documentation submitted by contractors/adjusters
- Ensure estimates follow client and regulatory requirements and meet Sedgwick Repair Solutions’ guidelines
- Replace a field adjuster if needed
- Serve as a subject matter expert on property restoration scope
- Deliver innovative customer-facing solutions to clients
