Requirements
- Previous experience in window and siding sales
- Knowledge of single and multi-family homes code requirements and projects
- Experience with onscreen estimating tools (Tapered Plus, Plan Swift, On Screen Takeoff, Blue-beam, Auto CAD, etc.)
- Knowledge and experience with blueprint reading and conducting takeoffs for siding and windows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid time management and prioritization skills
- Positive attitude and team player
- Detail and service oriented
Responsibilities
- Interpreting and reading blue prints
- Providing new construction and remodel bids to contractors and builders determined by blueprints
- Communicating with sales personnel, Developer/GC to clarify scope of work
- Providing direct support to our sales staff with project quotes, pricing, and bids
- Reviewing and understanding all bid documents and assess project risks
- Providing material layouts and completing take offs
- Following ABC’s product/supply checklist for each customer’s specific job and up-selling additional products and supplies for that job
- Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
- Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish / English is a plus
