Requirements
- Bachelor’s: Business Administration
- General Experience – 6 to 10 years
- Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) – Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with RIAs and intermediaries to generate Net New Assets and build RJIM brand awareness within the RIA channel and a defined territory.
- Educate RIAs on the benefits of offered products, primarily ETFs, and services for their clients through individual or group meetings presentations, including branch visits, seminars and conferences/trade shows.
- Develop and/or deliver a plan for material aspects of ETF sales under guidance from senior colleagues.
- Sell complex, customized ETFs and ancillary value-add to clients.
- Manage important client relationships with guidance from senior colleagues or oversee relationship management with a group of more transactional clients.
- Develop and/or deliver budget plans with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Manage expense account within allotted budget.
- Use data from a wide range of sources to analyze key themes and identify possible impacts on the business.
- Work on complex administrative processes and databases to develop and test administrative procedures to ensure they are fully in line with organizational needs.
