Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant industry experience

Responsibilities
- Liaising with colleagues within the Ethics Office as well as partners in businesses, Human Resources, Employee Relations, Legal, Citi Security & Investigative Services (CSIS), Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM), and other functions, as appropriate, to respond to requests from internal and external auditors, legal requests, and regulatory requests.
- Coordinating with colleagues within the Ethics Office as well as investigative partners and other stakeholders to monitor compliance with Ethics Office requirements and correct status reporting on Ethics Office matters.
- Making appropriate recommendations to improve controls and systems.
- Assisting with other Ethics Office initiatives as needed.
- Working on strategic projects, including executing on regulatory remediations.
- Supporting the preparation of reports and metrics for distribution to business committees, senior management, internal and external auditors, and regulators.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
