Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple events simultaneously and under pressure
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, catering, entertainment, and venue setup
  • Communicate with clients to understand their event goals and requirements
  • Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure contracts and ensure high-quality service
  • Manage event budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints
  • Coordinate event timelines and schedules, ensuring smooth operations during the event
  • Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure everything is executed as planned
  • Handle guest lists, RSVPs, and other event-related administrative tasks
  • Address any issues or emergencies that may arise during events
