Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute various events, ensuring all details are attended to

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure all necessary resources
- Develop event timelines and budgets, ensuring events are delivered on time and within budget
- Oversee event logistics, including transportation, catering, and equipment setup
- Provide on-site support during events, managing staff and troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Handle event marketing and promotional materials as needed
- Maintain and manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
