Requirements

Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure event success.
- Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Develop event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand event needs and preferences.
- Oversee on-site event coordination, ensuring events run smoothly.
- Handle post-event follow-ups and evaluations to improve future events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of event planning experience (preferred)
