Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure event success.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  • Develop event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand event needs and preferences.
  • Oversee on-site event coordination, ensuring events run smoothly.
  • Handle post-event follow-ups and evaluations to improve future events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of event planning experience (preferred)
