Requirements

  • Previous experience in event coordination or project management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate a variety of events including corporate functions, private celebrations, and community gatherings
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Source and negotiate with vendors (caterers, venues, decorators, etc.)
  • Supervise event set-up, execution, and breakdown
  • Resolve any issues that arise during the planning or execution process
  • Maintain accurate records and provide post-event evaluations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred
