Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in event coordination or project management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel occasionally for events
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, product launches, and branded experiences
- Coordinate logistics including venue booking, vendor management, catering, and transportation
- Develop and maintain event timelines and production schedules
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout the event lifecycle
- Monitor event budgets and ensure adherence to financial plans
- Conduct post-event evaluations and report on outcomes
- Ensure events are executed smoothly, on time, and within budget
- Travel to event sites as needed for on-site coordination and support
