Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination or project management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout the event lifecycle
  • Monitor event budgets and ensure adherence to financial plans
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and report on outcomes
  • Ensure events are executed smoothly, on time, and within budget
  • Travel to event sites as needed for on-site coordination and support
