Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and private parties
  • Coordinate all event logistics such as venue selection, catering, decorations, and entertainment
  • Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure event success
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Handle on-site coordination during events, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that may arise
  • Prepare and present event proposals and post-event evaluations
  • Maintain strong communication with clients to understand their vision and make necessary adjustments
