Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in event coordination or planning
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning, from concept to execution
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations
- Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and equipment setup
- Develop and manage event budgets and timelines
- Collaborate with clients to ensure event objectives and expectations are met
- Handle on-site event coordination and troubleshoot any issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare post-event reports and evaluations for continuous improvement
