Requirements

  • At least 2-years’ experience within an experiential/events, brand marketing or creative agency
  • A foundational understanding of the project planning, production process and timing needs to successfully support projects from inception through execution
  • Exceptional attention to detail, while still working under tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Resilient to change and able to adapt to changing priorities
  • A flexible team player with a positive attitude, able to maintain focus and contribute towards shared team goals

Responsibilities

  • Support event and production leads with research, logistics and administrative projects
  • Work with project leads and procurement to advance vendor contracts including: SOWs, MSAs and vendor onboarding
  • Support with budget and project expense tracking, vendor billing, invoices and payments
  • Support in managing event element grids, trackers and other project management documents
  • Schedule meetings, request agendas, take and track comprehensive meeting notes
  • Conduct global venue research to support calendar event needs
  • Conduct global vendor research to identify potential partners, resources and localized solutions for events
  • Help to create Power Point & Keynote presentations and research materials for internal brainstorms and creative sessions
  • Assist on site at events, which could include coordinating gifting distribution & setup, managing hospitality desks, other elements of event logistics and guest management
