Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, vendor communication, and material preparation.
  • Support event marketing efforts through email outreach and internal communications.
  • Maintain event calendars and ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align event objectives with company goals.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to event planning, such as budgeting and invoicing.
  • Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations and attendee engagement.
  • Track and evaluate event performance, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in event coordination or project management is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, depending on event schedules.
