Requirements
- Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- A creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas for events
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, vendor management, and scheduling
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure all event requirements are met
- Help prepare event materials, including presentations, signage, and promotional items
- Assist in managing event budgets and ensure financial guidelines are followed
- Set up and oversee event execution, including overseeing logistics and ensuring timelines are met
- Handle any issues or challenges that may arise during the event
- Provide post-event support, including follow-up communications and feedback collection
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred
