Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing corporate and private events
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and vendor management
- Manage event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met
- Support on-site event execution, including setup, coordination, and problem-solving
- Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Track budgets, invoices, and expenses to ensure cost-effective event management
- Prepare event materials such as schedules, presentations, and guest lists
- Conduct post-event evaluations and provide feedback for future improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or related fields preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus
