Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing corporate and private events
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and vendor management
  • Manage event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Support on-site event execution, including setup, coordination, and problem-solving
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Track budgets, invoices, and expenses to ensure cost-effective event management
  • Prepare event materials such as schedules, presentations, and guest lists
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and provide feedback for future improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or related fields preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus
