Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of events
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
- Support event registration, guest list management, and on-site logistics
- Prepare event materials, presentations, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and event requirements
- Provide administrative support to the event team as needed
- Monitor event performance and provide feedback for future improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in event coordination or a related field is preferred
