Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, AV setup, and transportation.
  • Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and coordinate with on-site staff.
  • Support event setup and breakdown, ensuring all details are properly handled.
  • Create event materials, including signage, schedules, and promotional content.
  • Handle event registration and guest management, providing exceptional service to attendees.
  • Collect feedback post-event and assist in reporting to improve future events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in event planning, coordination, or management is a plus.
