Requirements
- Experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and executing corporate events, meetings, and conferences
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling, venue coordination, and vendor communication
- Oversee event materials, registration processes, and guest lists
- Ensure smooth on-site event operations by providing support to attendees and staff
- Monitor budgets and assist in expense tracking for events
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure event success
- Maintain accurate event records and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
