Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating and executing corporate events, meetings, and conferences
  • Manage event logistics, including scheduling, venue coordination, and vendor communication
  • Oversee event materials, registration processes, and guest lists
  • Ensure smooth on-site event operations by providing support to attendees and staff
  • Monitor budgets and assist in expense tracking for events
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure event success
  • Maintain accurate event records and documentation
