Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and vendor coordination
- Prepare and organize event materials, supplies, and promotional items
- Support on-site event operations, ensuring seamless execution
- Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Track event budgets and ensure cost-effective planning
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and areas for improvement
- Handle administrative tasks related to event management
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or hospitality preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, or a related field preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events
