Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading events in a B2B environment, with a strong focus on event marketing and production.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing event budgets, with a track record of delivering events on time and under budget.
- Experience in partnership and sponsorship management, including the ability to pitch and secure sponsorship opportunities.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
- Superb communication skills, with the ability to listen and share perspectives effectively.
- Resilience and determination to achieve success despite challenges.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to develop an annual event calendar aligned with acquisition and pipeline objectives.
- Drive event revenue through ticket sales and sponsorships, ensuring every event delivers measurable ROI.
- Lead the planning and execution of owned events, including regional hosted events, the Altruist user conference, and participation in industry tradeshows.
- Own all aspects of event management, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, budget management, logistics, branding, and on-site execution.
- Travel as needed to manage on-site event production and ensure flawless execution.
- Manage the full event marketing cycle, from pre-event promotion to post-event follow-up, in collaboration with cross-functional teams like growth, email, content, and design.
- Drive attendance and engagement by crafting compelling messaging, communications, and campaigns tailored to target audiences.
- Develop and manage event sponsorship packages, identifying and securing partner opportunities to offset event costs and increase revenue.
- Build strong relationships with sponsors and partners, ensuring alignment with event goals and successful collaboration.
- Create and present detailed post-event reports to measure success, analyze ROI, and share key insights to inform future strategies.
- Partner with the sales team to facilitate timely lead follow-up and maximize pipeline opportunities from events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or SaaS events.
- Familiarity with event management tools such as Bizzabo, Zoom Webinars, Hubspot, and Salesforce.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills with a strategic, data-driven approach.
