Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in electronic warfare, spectrum management, aircraft mission data production, or operational test and evaluations
- 5+ years of experience as a project manager over technical teams, including engineers, data analysts, software developers, and military aviators
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field
Responsibilities
- Translate customer’s IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting architecture products, design specifications, statements of work, requirements, and prototypes of new electronic warfare capabilities
- Mentor the next set of developers and engineers to help them grow into tomorrow’s solutions architects
- Shape the digital solutions business and identify opportunities for growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Military command of an Air Force squadron or higher with an electronic warfare mission
- Knowledge of engineering design best practices
- Ability to guide teams with highly technical experience through difficult challenges
