Requirements
- Microsoft Exchange Server
- Systems Design
- Systems Development
- Security+ CE – CompTIA
- 8 + years of related experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a CI poly
- Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements including one of the following: Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, or CCNA Security
- Education: Bachelor of Science Degree, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience
- Experience with Exchange Server versions 2007-2019: design, install, configuration, maintenance, performance, tuning, migration, and upgrades to server
- Knowledge of ATO and Project Management processes and experience in certifying products for use in production networks
- Knowledge of Enterprise Vault and the integration process of Enterprise Vault into Exchange Environments
- Experience utilizing PowerShell; i.e. creating, developing, writing, testing, etc.
Responsibilities
- Develops solutions to a variety of complex engineering problems of moderate scope and complexity.
- Administering large deployments of Microsoft Exchange environments and messaging systems; including configuration.
- Designs, deploys, integrates, and maintains on/off premise exchange solutions.
- Designs and defines system architecture for new or existing computer systems.
- Analyzes customer requirements concept of operations documents and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
- Performs continual maintenance and provides complex solutions for security, backup and redundancy problems.
- Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies.
- Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
- Utilizing ticketing systems to resolve user problems (ServiceNow) as needed.
