Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in an engineering field with 6+ years of manufacturing or production experience
• Masters Degree in an engineering field with 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Responsibilities

• Driving the industrialization of our systems with a cross sector approach for design and maturity
• Will be contributing to system level KPIs regarding availability, reliability, Cycle time and Costs
• Leading and mentoring junior Module production engineers
• Support in-production issues escalated by FLS with concise troubleshooting and action plans.
• Assisting in the design of engineering solutions and the validation process to enable the realization of a design brief
• Drive process improvement initiatives and cycle time reduction.
• Review failure analysis reports from suppliers and help validate the root-cause of the failure.
• Interface with internal and external customers to address module failure root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Structural trouble shooting of electro-mechanical tools on a functional level and managing technical uncertainties at a sub-module level
• Developing creative solutions to solve uncertainties in production
• Owning responsible for customer problems and coming up with solutions for specific issues
• Developing technical concepts including material choices using team input, design architecture
• Preparing high level design of the sub-module fulfilling the requirements set while addressing architectural and interface choices
• Integrate sub-systems and execute configuration management and provide support to projects
• Perform verification of SDS, verify design specifications from team members and contribute to the testing process

• Masters Degree in an engineering field with 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
