Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience as Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant for senior level executives.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Enterprise Suite tools (calendar, mail drive, docs, sheets, slides, meet).
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Extremely high level of discretion pertaining to confidential information.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong planning and forward-thinking capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for 3-6 leaders in Marketing and Specialty Retail Brands.
- Organize and manage all aspects of internal and external meetings.
- Arrange all travel details, both domestic and international.
- Handle monthly business expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Support with planning, coordination and execution of team events.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, ask pertinent questions in meetings, and readily adapt to new challenges.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, keep a positive attitude, and proactively support colleagues and company events.
- Provide coverage for members of the leadership support team as needed.
- Thrive in a fast-paced workplace by effectively multitasking and managing competing priorities.
