Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent with 3 years of experience reporting to senior management.
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Outlook skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm specific programs.
- Experience booking travel.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Versed in the industry and the Company’s competitors.
- Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates executive communications, including taking calls, and interfacing with clients.
- Files and retrieves documents and reference materials.
- Reconciles business credit card statements, enters timesheets, and submits expense reports.
- Upholds a strict level of confidentiality.
- Manages and maintains executives’ schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Arranges and co-ordinates meetings and events for Development and CEO’s office.
- Works with other Administrative staff to plan Bernhard-Little Rock team events/activities.
- Records, transcribes and distributes minutes of meetings.
- Printing and binding of meeting materials/proposals.
- Monitors, screens, responds to and distributes incoming communications including emails for Chief Development Officer.
- Receives and interacts with incoming visitors.
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Legal knowledge and/or experience.
