Requirements
- 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Deep abilities with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint including experience designing accurate, compelling presentations, reports and communications
- Experience with global travel
Responsibilities
- Manage the GC’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Assist with submitting expense reports.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on action items, as needed.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between the GC and internal/external stakeholders.
- Work with and coordinate schedules for and changes to Board of Directors.
- Conduct research and compile data to support the GC’s decision-making process.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the GC.
- Provide administrative support to the senior legal leadership team as needed.
- Assist team leaders in prioritizing demands, inquiries, meeting requests, and communication.
- Develop, share, and implement best practices in executive support with peers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher
- An understanding of legal processes
- Experience with public company boards of directors
- Experience with a Board portal such as Boardvantage or Diligent
