Requirements
- 3 to 5 years’ experience of relevant work in a complex and fast-paced environment
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with Sharepoint and Confluence management
- Experience with expense reporting and travel management tools (Concur & Egencia preferred)
- Highly capable managing multiple tasks and supporting multiple teams and leaders
- Experience working on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgement is required to resolve problems and making routine recommendations
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain multiple Vice Presidents’ complex calendars to ensure accurate scheduling and organization
- Coordinate VPs staff meetings, events, and off sites, including agenda management, meeting logistics, off-site organization, and material preparation
- Develop and lead administrative processes for a globally distributed team including but not limited to space coordination, procurement, alias management, internal / new hire onboarding, and event management
- Coordinate domestic and international travel including scheduling and end-to-end logistics and timely expense report processing
- Seek to improve efficiency for VPs and teams with processes, meetings, and schedules
- Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, and professionalism in all transactions to include communicating and working with highly confidential and sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in project management is a plus
