Requirements
- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Coordinator, Paralegal, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as legal research tools and document management systems preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the WWE General Counsel, including scheduling, travel, expenses, mail, hosting and generally serving as main point of contact for the Legal Department and the face of the GC office to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and legal partners.
- Provide certain administrative support to the attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff with scheduling, travel and other administrative tasks (e.g., approval processes, e-signature, NDAs).
- Manage and distribute all services of process. Manage and be point of contact for WWE whistleblower hotline.
- Assist with the preparation, organization, searches and maintenance of legal documents, contracts, and case files.
- Manage invoice/billing process for the Legal Department (e.g., OnBase, CounselLink, etc.), including invoice approvals, submissions to finance programs, onboarding of new legal vendors, and provide support regarding billing inquiries together with resolving issues promptly.
- For larger projects such as office moves, technology innovations/transformations, new employee onboarding – serve as primary point of contact and lead on all action items, communications, etc.
- Organize meetings, inclusive of ordering food and the reserving of conference rooms, travel, and other events related to legal matters.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in contract management and compliance is a plus.
